Welcome to Almari! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Almari app ("App") and services ("Services"). By creating an account or using Almari, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Almari.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Almari.

By using Almari, you represent that you are legally allowed to enter into these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you post on Almari, including listings, messages, and profile information. You agree that you will not:

• Post or sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or dangerous items.
• Post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent yourself, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Use Almari to spam or otherwise disrupt the experience of others.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Blocking: You may block other users to prevent them from contacting you.

Reporting: You may report abusive or inappropriate content to us.

We may review, remove, or suspend content or accounts at our discretion.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms or is harmful to the community.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Almari means you accept the new Terms.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Almari is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for transactions, item quality, or delivery between users.

We provide the App "as is" and disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent allowed, Almari is not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA.
